โShe is your Editorial Manager, and one thing that she really care about is mental health. She know that life can get more stressful and overwhelming, and also sometimes people forget to take care of theirselves on the inside. For her, mental health is just as important as our physical health, because it affects of how people feel, think, and deal with our everyday challenges. "Kasinghalaga ng pag-aalaga sa katawan ang pag-aalaga sa isipan" means taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health. Many people focus only on eating well, exercising, and staying physically strong, but often forget that their mind also needs rest, healing, and balance. If our mental state is neglected, it can affect our emotions, decisions, and even our bodyโs well-being.
